Yes, it is truly silent beauty...but it's time for it to go bye bye...love Gina's showroom, she certainly has the eye, would love to see it! That little shed is to die for, as is everything else...ohh la la, I swoon!!!
Hi. I just found your blog today (from Peacock Park, which I also found today and don't even remember how i found her.) I really like your store. I like how you fill your containers with plants and not all of them just sitting empty. Come by and visit my blog sometime...
Welcome to our creative hangout, The Nest. The Nest is an online home décor boutique that specializes in natural, vintage inspired products, new, old and handmade. When picturing The Nest we want you to think of an old bungalow house surrounded by cornfields with a large flower garden in the front by an old country road. Cozy. Comfortable. Rural.
We are an aunt and niece team from rural southeast Iowa.
My name is Bailey. I am a recent Iowa State graduate, collector of all things rusty, and lover of marketing and photography. I am in my perfect happy place while sitting outside at my grandparents’ farm, soaking in the warm Iowa sunlight with my sketchbook at my side.
The other half of the business is my aunt Amy.
My name is Amy. I am the 10 year owner of The Nest, collector of anything old and miniature, mother of an 8 year old going on 13, and a gardener. As for me, I’m in my happy place outside planting flowers in my garden on a spring day.
Our goal for The Nest is to provide you with a creative outlet where you can come to relax and find items to inspire you to express yourself throughout your own “nest”.
Stay as long as you’d like!
